Ladi Kwali (1925 - 1984) from the Gwari region now in modern-day Abuja took pottery to the world and earned immortality with her image engraved on the Nigerian N20 note. Ladi Kwali is a written dance drama beautifully crafted by Nigeria's first professor of dance Prof. Bakare Ojo Rasaki and produced by wave making Duke of Shomolu Foundation.
